Description
QUINTUS rapid change block

The QUINTUS rapid change block provides the optimum interface for your machine tool. A mechanical zero point clamping system (figure 1) allows rapid and precise changing of different clamping systems taking account of the zero point. A further benefit results from the additional elevation of the clamping system on the machine table. The systems Quintus are ground in the height and hardened all-round.
When the clamping system is not changed on the machine table, we recommend the system Quintus without mechanical zero point clamping system (figure 2).

 

This means that machining tasks can be prepared externally and can then be changed without long machine downtimes. Handling is made easier and set-up and production costs are reduced. For cost-conscious users, we offer a version without zero point clamping system.
